You're here! Thanks so much for taking the time to poke around my website and get to know me and my work.

I'm not great at this whole "About Me" thing, so if this feels a lot like we're all in elementary school sharing about ourselves for the class to hear, well just know that I kinda feel like that while I'm writing this. Haha!! 

 

Before anything, I am a mother. My husband and I had always wanted children and therefore had our first boy before we ever even got engaged and have had one more boy since! I like to joke with people that we are going to keep going until we get a girl. I couldn't imagine my life without my kiddos. We also have five fur babies, three dogs and two cats, and if I'm being honest, I would probably have more if I had more time to take care of them! On top of that, we have five chickens and a small backyard garden that is definitely my go-to zone when I need some me time. There is not a lot that is quite as relaxing as tending to the garden and animals on a beautiful day. On a rainy day, you'll find me indoors watching Netflix and crocheting fun clothes and accessories that I never actually end up wearing, or if the kids are behaving I might be letting my inner child out playing video games.

When we are not busy with our garden or photography or out having fun with our zoo of children and pets, we are flipping our house!! It's a lot. And it's a pain. But it is very fulfilling, and I hope that it will help finance our future dreams of eventually owning a large piece of property with a venue on it. So many things we want to do!! So little time!! I am constantly having to remind myself to slow down and enjoy the little things. It helps to have a camera nearby to take little snippets with me as I go.

I know that not everyone has a camera or feels like they have the time to capture all the moments they'd want to in life. Which is why I really value my work and what I am able to provide my clients with. These photos aren't just a product, but a close up of someone's personal life. A true piece of art curated for a specific couple or individual. I love what I do and the people I meet. I can't wait to record these moments for you and give you a meaningful experience that you will remember for a lifetime.
